Irish Times Archives 1859 - 2009 Free Until April 5th

The Irish Times is marking its 150th anniversary by releasing its archives online for free until 5 April 2009.

The archives are fully-searchable, and articles are available for download.

While generally, there are no relatives from Ireland during this time period, newspapers remain a valuable source of news from neighbouring areas.
